The voucher will act as an entrance ticket for Day Use of the Oasis, here we have a complete infrastructure to welcome you and your family with comfort, safety and tranquility!



To ensure everyone's well-being and the preservation of the environment, observe the following rules:



BBQ Space Reservation



The reservation includes the barbecue modality, in which a grill is available for use by customers during the stipulated period.



To guarantee access to the reserved space, it is mandatory to present the printed ticket to one of our employees upon arrival. Our team will be available to assist in directing you to the reserved area, ensuring an organized and pleasant experience

.

Please note that the initial purchase includes only one adult ticket. After booking the grill, the customer can access our website again to purchase the additional tickets necessary for other participants

.

The grill will remain reserved until 11:00am, with a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes. If the customer does not show up within the stipulated deadline, the reservation will be automatically released to other

customers present at the venue.



Rules for Birthdays

1. For every 3 paying students, the birthday person enters for FREE (including a paying child).

1.1 The presentation of an original document with a photo of the birthday person is mandatory.

1.2 The 3 payers must enter together with the birthday person.

1.3 The birthday person must not buy a ticket, just present the document at the entrance.

-There is no refund or conversion to consumption after purchase. Pay attention to this promotion before buying Day Use

1.4 Promotion valid only in the month of the anniversary.

Ex: birthday on 31/03 → not valid for 01/04

General Rules



2. Drinks and speakers are strictly prohibited from entering the club's premises. Ambient music is provided by the venue

.

2.1 The use of sound cars or any form of sound amplification is not allowed on site.



2.2 The acceleration of vehicles inside the club is prohibited, in order to ensure the safety of all those present.



2.3 Smoking is prohibited in any area of the sector, respecting the health and comfort standards of other visitors



2.4 ATTENTION: Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in appropriate administrative measures.



2. 5 The cancellation of day use after its start, as well as the early departure for reasons of force majeure or fortuitous force majeure, will not entitle you to a refund, return, and future cash or credit. Resulting in the total loss of the amount paid



2. 6 It is expressly forbidden to leave and return later to the premises of the site. Once your voucher has been consumed on the day, you are not allowed

to leave and return to the site.

2. 7 Uber: For the safety and organization of the place, we ask that the Uber request be made at the concierge, boarding and disembarking in other areas of the space is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding



Cancellation and rescheduling



3. The cancellation referred to in this contract, must be made at the initiative of the CONTRACTOR, within 7 (seven) days after the confirmation of the reservation made outside the commercial establishment, will guarantee the CONTRACTOR the right to a full refund of the amounts paid. Likewise, there will be no right to a refund of the amounts paid by the CONTRACTOR, if the cancellation occurs 72 (seventy-two) hours before the use of the services

.

3.1 Reschedules are carried out 24 hours before the scheduled date, the CONTRACTOR must contact us to check our availability via WhatsApp (31) 9 7148-4054 or send an e-mail to reservas@oasissabara.com.br. You can request rescheduling up to twice, check availability in advance

.

3.2 We are only able to fully cancel the order placed, we are unable to make partial cancellations.



Example: 4 tickets were purchased at the sale of number #1234, we were unable to cancel only 2 tickets out of the 4 purchased.



3.3 To request the full cancellation of the order, you must make the request through the e-mail reservas@oasissabara.com.br, sending the voucher number and the reason for the cancellation.



Note: Remembering that only the owner of the purchase can request cancellation, okay??





3.4 If the cancellation is made at the initiative of the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR will be entitled to receive a credit for the amounts already paid, for use in another season or in other services provided by the CONTRACTED company. In addition, the CONTRACTOR will be entitled to reimbursement of

the amounts paid.



3.5 In the event of the postponement or cancellation of the event subject to this contract, resulting from the state of public calamity and the public health emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the CONTRACTED PARTY will have the option of rescheduling the event or providing a credit for use or discount on the purchase of other available services or events. As a result, the CONTRACTOR will be exempt from reimbursing any amounts paid by

the CONTRACTOR.

3.6 Possible cancellations or delays of contracts due to weather conditions do not constitute fortuitous cases or force majeure. Thus, there will be no financial return by the service provider.



Safety Rules



4. Don't leave your belongings loose and unattended. The storage of them is the sole responsibility of the user. Valuable goods and objects such as jewelry, watches, cell phones, credit cards, identity cards, paper money (reais, dollars, etc.), are not the responsibility of OÁSIS. Nor is OÁSIS responsible for vehicle damage or theft, nor for damage caused by natural weather

and others.

4.1 The OASIS does not have lifeguards for swimming pools, so it is not responsible for any problem that may occur, especially with people who cannot swim. The same criterion applies to any leisure area.



4.2 It is prohibited: the use of portable speakers, as the site offers ambient sound and there must be respect for other users; the possession and use of any type of legally prohibited object or substance or of any type of weapon; the practice of sports in inappropriate places or that may pose risks to other users; the use of toys in inappropriate places or that may cause harm to third parties; the abandonment of glass containers in inappropriate places, as circulation and leisure areas, especially in wet or bathing areas, as indicated by the signs

.

4.3 Glazing is not allowed in bathing and circulation areas,



4.4 The entry and use of any type of grills (electric, charcoal or gas), as well as electric pans, on the premises of the club is expressly prohibited.



4.5 Failure to comply may result in expulsion without refund



4.6 For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not allowed to consume food or beverages inside the pool area.



Pets






    1. Pets are allowed to enter the premises of the site, subject to the following rules:

    2. Animals must always be under the supervision of the guardian;

    3. Animals that are aggressive or cause discomfort will be invited to leave the place

    4. Mandatory waste collection

    5. The entry of any pet inside the pool is prohibited, in compliance with established safety and hygiene rules

    6. Angry or aggressive animals are not allowed





Users' Duties



a) Maintain conduct consistent with the family environment of the OASIS.



b) Respect the hours and operating rules of the services offered.



c) Inform managers of any irregularity that occurred on the premises, so that appropriate measures can be taken.



d) Indemnify any losses or damages caused to the OASIS.



e) Vacate the premises at the specified time. Failure to comply with the departure time, without prior request and authorization for extension, will result in the charge of another daily rate. If there is availability, the request can be fulfilled

.

f) Use OASIS assets with care to avoid damage, especially to electrical and electronic equipment. Any damage to the goods will be charged additionally, including other expenses

.

g) Lost objects will be stored for a maximum period of 90 days. If they are not complained within this period, they will be disposed of in an appropriate manner

.

h) the site offers ample parking for visitors for a fee. However, we inform you that the space has no coverage and the administration is not responsible for damages, thefts, or any occurrence involving vehicles parked on site

.

i) The consumption of illegal drugs in the area is prohibited.



J) The use of alcoholic beverages must be done responsibly. Sale to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited



k) Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.



l) Ensure good coexistence, respect and integrity of the space.
